High school juniors and seniors are invited to get a head start on college by taking courses on our DCC campus. We offer the following options:
Part-Time Early Admit Program
Full-Time Bridge Program
Open to high school juniors and seniors
to supplement their high school experience. Students can take up to 11 credits.
Open to high school seniors
who wish to take their entire senior year coursework at DCC. Courses taken at DCC are applied to high school graduation.

Look up your school counselor email address as this will be a required field on this application. Once submitted, an email will be sent to your high school counselor requesting their official approval for you to take the course(s) and an official transcript.

Full-time Bridge applicants are not guaranteed admission to the college.
Decisions to accept or deny a high school student as a full-time Bridge student will be based on:
- Review of the applicant’s high school transcript which should have at least an 85 high school average.
- Students ability to place into college level English.
- Recommendation of the high school guidance counselor with confirmation that all but their senior-year requirements have been met.

Full-Time students typically take English 101, English 102, Government 121, Economics 105, and either Physical Education or Wellness and Fitness to meet high school graduation requirements. In addition, you will be able to select some additional courses of interest.
